GeoPro Geotextiles are now used in many civil engineering and waste management projects where they commonly provide separation, filtration and reinforcement to improve the performance of imported soils and drains. While they are a simple and economical product to purchase and install, they play a vital role in combination with a variety of other geosynthetic products.

GeoPro Geotextiles are also used to cushion and protect geomembranes from puncture in landfills and dam projects.  GeoPro Geotextiles are also used to contain infill soils in cellular confinement slopes to ensure fine soils are not washed out from behind gabions and mattress in tidal or fast flowing river conditions.

GeoPro Geotextiles come in both non-woven and woven fabrics, with the latter having a higher strength to weight ratio while the former is superior for cushioning and filtration. There are a variety of different styles available and the required function will determine which geotextile is suitable.

GeoPro Geotextiles come in rolls and on-site the product is overlapped, but not generally seamed or welded though this can be done in specialist applications.  Factory made seaming allows GeoPro Geotextiles to be transformed into desludging tubes and coastal tubes and some other interesting filtration products.
