GeoPro Geogrid is a low elongation geogrid and is made from high tenacity woven polyester protected with a PVC coating.  This high strength fabric is successfully used for a variety of soil reinforcement techniques.  

GeoPro Geogrid is commonly used in reinforced soil retaining walls where it supports a variety of fascia panels including GeoPro Cell, GeoPro Gabions and many types of masonry products. 

GeoPro Geogrid is also used to improve the stability of steepened embankment slopes and to provide basal reinforcement especially over soft soils.  It can be used to create temporary retaining walls by enclosing the fascia soil and extending it back into the soil to reinforce the backfill.

GeoPro Geogrid comes in a variety of ultimate tensile strengths and has been laboratory tested to factor in the appropriate reduction factors so working strengths can be calculated.  We have in-house stability software to provide support on various reinforced soil structures to work out the strength, length and frequency of the geogrid needed.

Specialist Bi-axial GeoPro Geogrid is also available for roadway reinforcement and glass fibre products are also available to reinforce asphalt on highly trafficked areas such as runways and motorway intersections.
